Jamia Hope, CCC-SLP

Jamia is a registered speech-language pathologist, certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from South Carolina State University in 2019. Jamia is originally from New Jersey and relocated to the south in 2010, where  she was enrolled at High Point University in High Point, NC. She later earned her B.A. in Special Education and graduated from High Point University in 2014. Jamia taught as a lead teacher at an institute for 5 years. As a speech-language pathologist, Jamia has worked in the pediatric setting; specifically as a hands on therapist engaging with speech, language and feeding therapy. Jamia is an advocate for her clients and brings forth successful opportunities throughout her therapy sessions. She also has the natural ability to build professional relationships with her clients and parents/guardians while collaborating alongside colleagues.
