
Katie Dreer, CCC-SLP
Katie Dreer is a registered speech-language pathologist, certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. She is licensed with the North and South Carolina Boards of Speech-Language Pathology. Katie completed her undergraduate studies at Elmira College in Elmira, New York, where she obtained two Bachelor of Science degrees in the areas of Speech and Hearing and Elementary Education, Grades PreK, K and 1-6, including a minor in Social Studies. Katie completed her graduate studies at Nazareth College in Rochester, New York, where she obtained her Masters of Science Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, with a concentration in working with the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, in affiliation with Rochester Institute of Technology (National Technical Institute for the Deaf). Katie has worked in a variety of settings throughout her career as a speech-language pathologist, including early intervention, preschools, elementary, middle and high schools, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, specializing in acquired brain and spinal cord injuries and skilled nursing facilities. In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and school age daughter. She enjoys working out, traveling to the beach and to visit family members within the US and Canada. Katie is passionate about assisting children with reaching their full potential and is excited to work with you and your family.
