Emily is a registered and licensed Occupational Therapist, certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and licensed through the North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy. She graduated from the North Carolina State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Masters in Occupational Therapy from Lenoir Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina. It has been a lifelong dream and goal of hers to work with children in the pediatric setting. She completed a Level II Fieldwork rotation at Brenner Children’s Hospital working in the Pediatric ICU, NICU, and with Pediatric burn patients. Following graduation from OT school in 2024, she returned home to Charlotte to be with her family and fiancé, Thomas. In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling!
